I didn\'t come here to argue semantics, but taken literally, it\'s totally up to the judges and the 10 people with the most votes. Sorry for cluttering your page spooky!

Actually it is not the one with the most votes \"that wins\". Maybe you should read the rules more closely. The top 10 videos will be judged, and that\'s how the grand prize winner will be chosen. I highly doubt they meant number of votes. Why would a video with say...900 votes and a 1.5 rating be considered a finalist? I think they meant the rating.
